My name is Frances McCullagh and I am the Day Opportunities Coordinator at Sonas Support,
a new service based at The Houben Centre in the grounds of Holy Cross Church, for adults aged 19-35 with moderate learning disabilities.
Sonas Support provides a welcoming, person-centred environment where young adults can build confidence, independence and social connections
while taking part in a range of meaningful activities and opportunities. These include arts and crafts, exercise and wellbeing activities, community outings,
educational trips, life skills, social activities and much more.
We currently have places available and are very happy to welcome individuals, parents and carers to visit the centre, meet the team and have a look around the centre.
