Season of Creation 1st September

‘Listen to the Voice of Creation’.
This is a time for us to celebrate the gift of creation, exercise our duty to support the poor of developing countries most affected by
climate change and offer hope for a sustainable future for our young people into the future.
Pope Francis says “In the heart of this world, the Lord of life, who loves us so much, is always present.
He does not abandon us, he does not leave us alone, for he has united himself definitively to our earth,
and his love constantly impels us to find new ways forward.
To mark the closing of the Season of Creation a special Prayer Service will be held in St Oliver Plunkett Church on Tuesday 4 October @ 7pm.
Everybody from the Pastoral Community are welcome to attend.
