Finance Team

Our Finance team is made up of Lorraine Cheadle (finance chairperson) St Oliver Plunkett Nursery School Principal, Una Bunting, Glen Phillips and Karen Overend, all parishioners with relevant experience.

Fr Tony McAleese Parish Admin is not a member of the finance team but should be present at every meeting and the team are in place in an advisory capacity to him.

Parish Secretary Cathy Megahey prepares the paperwork for the meeting and is also responsible for taking and distributing the minutes.

Meetings are held on a quarterly basis and a copy of the minutes are sent to the Finance Department at Down and Connor to hold on file.

The Finance team should be appointed for a period of 3 years but can be reappointed for a longer term. They should be known for their honesty and integrity and should be committed to their faith.

No person who is a relative of the Parish Priest or employees should be appointed to the Finance Team.
